Finishing your life race with Victory

Acts 20:18 "And when they were come to him, he said unto them, you know, from the first day that I came into Asia, after what manner I have been with you all at all seasons,..."

I. We are to have a Consistent testimony

Paul reminded his followers that he was living what he had taught. Nobody likes a hypocrite. We see them all around us. We could be accused of being one also at times. When we tell someone that we are a Christian, and then go out and live like the devil, that’s being hypocritical with your life. My son was talking to a driver that he has admired for some time now. My son had on one of our "Heaven or Hell" t-shirts and the driver said something to the effect that he was glad to be going to Hell. It just crushed my son heart. I asked him what he was going to do about the pictures that he had up in his room with this driver? My son told me that he was going to pray for him everyday, and look for ways to give that driver the gospel. So if you start seeing your car filling up with pamphlets telling you how you can go to Heaven, you will know where they are coming from.
I want to remind everyone that I am willing to pray for you and your race team/family. All I ask is that you give me a card, e-mail, or piece of paper giving names of those you want prayed for. Spouses, kids, parents, etc... God has called me to preach the Bible and pray for others, thank-you in advance for allowing me to pray for you.
